Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Engineer Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the SASE framework, network security, and cloud-based edge security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions based on the SASE framework.
• Ensure secure service edge (SSE), zero-trust network access (ZTNA), secure web gateway (SWG), and cloud access security broker (CASB) solutions are in place.
• Handle data loss prevention (DLP), DNS, ZTNA, SWG, firewall, intrusion prevention and detection systems (IPS/IDS), proxy, network security, NAT, routing, advanced threat prevention (ATP), vulnerability management, and virtual patching.
• Maintain and administer intrusion detection and prevention systems.
• Manage and configure VPN technologies, including IPSEC, SSL, and TLS.
• Develop and manage security policies, user profiles, and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide operational support for SASE, ZTNA, and SWG products such as CATO SASE, Cisco Umbrella, Prisma SASE, etc.
• Ensure compliance with standard internet protocols (ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SSL, DNS, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SASE/SSE, FWaaS, SaaS, SWGs, CASBs, endpoint security, ZTNA, DNS, DHCP, SSL, TLS, IPSec, Azure AD, and AD.
• Operational experience with cloud-based edge security solutions like firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, DLP, CASBs, and proxy.
• Hands-on experience with SASE, ZTNA, and SWG products.
• Expertise in VPN technologies, IPSEC, SSL, TLS.
• Proficiency in standard internet protocols (ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SSL, DNS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
