About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Data Science Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. This client-facing role demands a strategic mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights. The ideal candidate should be proficient in end-to-end data science workflows, including data preprocessing, model building, visualization, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and generate insights.
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive and machine learning models.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure high-quality inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving data science tools and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL; experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in data processing and model accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
