Job Description:

The International Business Development Department is involved in the day to day and overall business processes for the international sales teams. Led by the Business Innovation, Intelligence & Technology Department, the team are focused on designing and launching solutions to support a global network of Business Developers, institutions, and agents.

The Project Manager is responsible for the success of all Salesforce projects in the portfolio and specifically focused on the onboarding of newly acquired technologies into our systems and operations. The project manager plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the project manager tracks project status and manages project teams and project tasks. The role holder is a leader who works with Salesforce and IBD project teams and our business to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and design from which solutions are developed. The business analyst is an active thought partner and who shapes the Salesforce development projects of the IBD team.

The ideal applicant should therefore have an operational understanding of assessing business processes, be an expert in Salesforce native and custom capabilities, and experience of producing and executing on Salesforce development plans. The role holder will be expected to conduct initial analysis of the quality of potential development; highlighting risks and challenges and mitigating against, managing or escalating as appropriate, performing due diligence and documentation on Salesforce integration, creating and delivering development and integration plans, reviewing and driving the development experience by working cross-functionally between IT/Salesforce Team and IBD, following project plan and end to end management of the process of reducing our time to value on new developments.
