Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics


  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
  • Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
