Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Sales Management:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales through multiple channels.
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure sustained business growth.
  2. Dealers and Distributors Management:
    • Manage and oversee the performance of dealers and distributors.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support to enhance their performance.
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with dealers and distributors.
  3. Team Handling:
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets.
    • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team capabilities.
    • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Working Capital Management:
    • Manage and optimize working capital to ensure smooth business operations.
    • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collection of receivables.
    • Liaise with finance teams to manage inventory levels effectively.
  5. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products and services.
  7. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant insights into business plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, dealer and distributor management, and team handling.
  • Strong understanding of working capital management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Industry: Consumer Durable, with specific experience in Kitchen Appliances being a plus.
