Job Description :-
We are looking for a skilled Banking Process Manager to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will oversee and manage day-to-day banking operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise banking operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor transaction processing, account management, and customer service activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in banking operations or a related role, with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, products, and services.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
