The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the FMCG and Consumer Durable industries. This role is crucial in driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
- Territory Development: Identify and exploit new business opportunities in the market to expand sales coverage.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Channel Sales: Manage and optimize sales channels, including distributors and retailers, to maximize sales performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Product Promotion: Execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
