Note – Minimum Post Graduate and above with 7-10 years of relevant work experience working in collections in a HFC/NBFC/Bank in retail lending. Understanding of digital collections as well as digital framework

Vice President – Collections & FCU for FinTech NBFC in Mumbai location focusing on lending to micro and small businesses across Tier 2 and Tier 3. Role is to lead The role is to be a part of collections & fcu team and be responsible to drive company’s collections with minimal NPAs and prevent frauds. Be the owner of Collections and FCU for the accounts for PAN INDIA locations. Build a robust and strong in-house Collections & FCU team. Ensure and check that collection policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level. Business Planning for the Organization. Management and presentation of Collection management information systems (MIS) and regular performance reviews.
