Job Title: Remote Data Entry Clerk

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will possess stellar computer skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical functions, including data entry and correspondence
• Enter and edit information into the computer system with speed and accuracy
• Prepare and verify report requests
• Assist in communication of training class schedules and general information
• Moderate virtual meetings and training classes
• Answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls as appropriate
• Assist in meeting room and training setups
• Accomplish assigned goals and objectives, as well as other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior experience in data entry and clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Experienced level proficiency in required skills
