Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG/Personal Care industry with a proven track record in sales and team management. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market presence.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to drive business initiatives and achieve overall company objectives.
  7. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG/Personal Care industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in team management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
