Hiring:- Treasury requirement
Job location- Mumbai BKC (Bandra Kurla complex)
Exp.- 5-8 Years.

Experience: 4-8 years exp in Treasury with CA, candidate having an experience from the manufacturing and service sector (Other than banking & financial)
Preparation of Cash plan for the month / Quarter / year. 
Allocate cash to Regions/PL’s on daily basis based on Approved Cash plan and actual collections
Prepare data for Forex Hedging and present to Treasurer for decision. Basis decision obtain the quotes from the Banks and take Option/ Forward cover.
Ensure that Surplus funds of the company are Invested as per agreed policy of the company.
Ensure that all loan repayments / interest payments are made on timely basis
Ensure that all loan covenants are complied with.
Liaise with Regions and Banks for Channel Finance facility
Prepare CMA data for Bank Limits renewals. Ensure that all banking facilities are renewed on time.
Preparation and submissions of periodic Banking and RBI reports
Coordination for certification with External auditors for FEMA and other RBI related compliances and faciliate all other audit related matters like BC, MF statements etc
Esnure proper and timely accountng of Treasury related transactions.

Enuring timely submission of data to the auditor for limited review/ year end audit
Ensure timely submission of data for the credit rating of the company.
Ensure monthly compliance of the rating agency.
Collecting data for the insurance of stocks, fixed assets, transit insurance from the plants and regions.
Coordination between division/ regions and insurance company for lodging of claim.
