About Us: We are a reputable organization with a strong presence in Pune, dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of our operations. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager to join our team.

Role Overview: As the Travel & Expense Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the travel and expense process, systems, and policies. This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience in T&E management, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement T&E policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage the Concur Expense Reporting system and other financial systems effectively.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their T&E requirements and provide strategic guidance.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the T&E team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Analyze T&E data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of T&E expenses to support financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in T&E process, system, and policy management
  • Deep experience with Concur Expense Reporting and other financial systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
