Role Overview: As the Travel & Expense Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the travel and expense process, systems, and policies. This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience in T&E management, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement T&E policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage the Concur Expense Reporting system and other financial systems effectively.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their T&E requirements and provide strategic guidance.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the T&E team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Analyze T&E data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of T&E expenses to support financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in T&E process, system, and policy management
- Deep experience with Concur Expense Reporting and other financial systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
