Job Description :-

We are seeking a skilled Test Specialist with expertise in Automation Testing and Dynamics 365 F&O Testing to join our team. This role is available in multiple locations including Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, and Noida. Key responsibilities include:

• Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Dynamics 365 F&O Testing: Conduct functional and integration testing for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) applications.
• Test Planning and Execution: Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements. Execute tests and analyze results to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely bug fixes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Automation Testing with tools like Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) testing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
