The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions, ensuring the overall integrity and efficiency of our systems architecture. As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- System Design and Architecture:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s technology stack.
- Design scalable and reliable technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in system architecture and design principles.
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Define and implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate project timelines and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in system design, architecture, and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and databases.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
