Job Responsibilities-

• Having work experience of 2-4 yrs of working with a reputed brand in LFS(Shoppers, Trends, Centro) Etc.
• Have to coordinate with various departments for smooth operations for Brand.
• Have to co-ordinate with HR for staff related issues and hiring.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Problem solving skills, to be based in Delhi/NCR.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication, leadership & Mentoring skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical, probing, presentation & coaching skill
• Should be good with Calculation of ops matrix, i.e., shrinkage & Attrition
• Should be able to speak English & Hindi fluently
• Ecommerce exposure preferable
