Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida
Experience: 1 year or more (Specializing in Domestic Hiring)

Responsibilities:
Spearhead end-to-end domestic recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
Utilize various channels to identify and attract top-tier talent within the domestic market.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices in domestic hiring.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on domestic hiring.
Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting candidates within the local market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms for domestic hiring.
