Responsibilities:

1. Oracle Fusion Implementation:
   • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure Oracle Fusion modules.
2. Customization and Integration:
   • Oversee the customization of Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business needs.
   • Manage the integration of Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems and applications.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Build and lead a high-performing Oracle Fusion team, providing mentorship and guidance.
   • Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
   • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
5. Best Practices and Optimization:
   • Implement and promote best practices for Oracle Fusion application development and deployment.
   • Continuously optimize Oracle Fusion solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
6. Vendor Management:
   • Manage relationships with Oracle and other vendors, ensuring timely support and updates.
   • Stay informed about new features and updates in Oracle Fusion applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and management.
• Proven leadership experience, with a focus on delivering successful Oracle Fusion projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, configurations, and integration points.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Fusion certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
