Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Focus on ITOM Development:
   • Specialize in IT Operations Management (ITOM) development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform.
   • Deliver finalized ServiceNow solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications.
2. Scripting and Coding:
   • Proficient in JavaScript scripting and coding for ITOM solutions.
   • Experience in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
3. Knowledgeable and Familiar:
   • Possess knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM offerings.
   • Lead customers through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum 7-9 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
2. Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Implementation.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting and coding.
4. Experience in ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
5. Knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM offerings.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Immediate joiners preferred.
8. Comfortable working in US Shifts.
