Role: ServiceNow Integration Specialist
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad
Experience: 5-10 years

Key Skills:

• ServiceNow development, Integration, HRSD
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
• ITIL v3 certification
• Hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow HRSD applications/features:
  • Case Management
  • Knowledge management
  • Portal scripting and custom widgets
  • Employee Document Management
  • Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions
  • 3rd party Integrations like Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos Group, etc.
  • Chat Virtual Agent

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with HRSD Implementation
• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
• Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
• At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant
• Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
