Role and Accountabilities: This position is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful track record. The candidate will have the opportunity to quickly establish a reputation for success in our large and passionate organization. The key responsibilities for this role include:
- End-to-End ServiceNow Engagements:
- Leading ServiceNow engagements from start to finish, with a track record of 3 to 5 years in this capacity.
- Demonstrating proficiency in handling complex ServiceNow projects.
- HRSD Implementation:
- 1 to 2 years of experience specifically with HRSD Implementation.
- Conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Proven Track Record:
- Establishing and maintaining a successful track record in ServiceNow development and integration.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and integration.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
- ITIL v3 certification.
- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow engagements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Shift Timing: US/UK – 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
