Job Description :-
We are hiring Security Specialists with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in multiple locations including Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CyberArk, CyberArk Privileged Account Security, Privilege Identity Manager (PIM), and experience in L2 & L3 Support, particularly with PSM (Privileged Session Manager). Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation and maintenance: Implement and maintain CyberArk solutions, ensuring the security of privileged accounts and access management.
- Support and troubleshooting: Provide L2 & L3 support for CyberArk environments, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to privileged access management.
- Configuration and integration: Configure and integrate CyberArk components with other security and IT systems as needed.
- Risk assessment and compliance: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Documentation and reporting: Document processes, procedures, and security incidents. Prepare reports for management and stakeholders as required.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest CyberArk capabilities, industry trends, and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance security posture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of privileged access management and cybersecurity principles
- Certification in CyberArk (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
