Job Title: Sales Head – Plywood
Location- Chandigarh/ Jaipur
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement sales strategies: Create strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, identify new markets and opportunities, analyze trends and data, and create sales plans to increase revenue.
Set sales targets and monitor performance: Establish targets for the sales team, monitor their performance, analyze sales data, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as necessary.
Manage and motivate the sales team: Recruit, train, and coach sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed. Provide regular feedback and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Build and maintain customer relationships: Engage with potential and existing customers, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Monitor market trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7-15 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the plywood or Laminates industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales processes, customer behavior analysis, and market trend analysis.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Other Requirements: Ability to make sales presentations, manage budgets, and develop detailed sales reports.
