  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
    • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations.
  3. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and special accommodations.
    • Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Sales and Upselling:
    • Promote additional services, packages, or upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and revenue generation through effective communication.
  5. Reservation Systems:
    • Utilize reservation management systems to check availability, manage bookings, and generate reports.
    • Stay informed about hotel room inventory, rates, and promotional offerings.
  6. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
    • Assist in compiling reports on reservation trends and performance.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • years of experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hotel industry.
  • Proficient in reservation management systems and general computer applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
