Regional Sales Manager is required for a Singapore based FMCG in Mumbai, The role is responsible for creation & execution and of sales strategies in their region. It involves handling the sales & distribution, P&L and manpower planning of the West region

- Improve distribution in the region by careful study and need gap identification
- Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross functional teams
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for all areas in support of business objectives. Maintains and expands customer/ distributor base by counselling ASMs ; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new business opportunities.
