Regional Sales Manager is required for a Singapore based FMCG in Mumbai, The role is responsible for creation & execution and of sales strategies in their region. It involves handling the sales & distribution, P&L and manpower planning of the West region

Location: Mumbai

Experience : 15-20 years

Role : Full Time

Responsibilities:-

  • Improve distribution in the region by careful study and need gap identification
  • Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross functional teams
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. 
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for all areas in support of business objectives. Maintains and expands customer/ distributor base by counselling ASMs ; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new business opportunities.
