Role: Redhat Engineer L2

Experience: 6-9 years

Maintain RHEL Server environments and Openshift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

• Configure and manage RHEL and Kubernetes Cluster in Openshift environment, optimizing resource utilization and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHEL applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to RHEL and Openshift deployments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bringing innovative solutions to the team.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automating application deployment and updates
• Ability to handle L2 operations and escalations.

Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience on RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux).
• Proven experience as an RedHat certified Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record in managing and troubleshooting RHEL environments.
• Deep understanding of RHEL basics and Openshift architecture including deployment strategies and administration.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Relevant certifications in Redhat are added advantage. Qualification Required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Red Hat certification (RHCE) preferred, demonstrating your mastery of Red Hat technologies and solutions.
