Profile – Recruiter

Location – Noida, Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh.

• As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non-IT positions.

•Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.

• Should be able to maintain Foster long
term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
•Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
• Should have go getter attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate/PG
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Fair knowledge of technology.
• Must be self
-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
• Self – confidence and self -starter.
• Must be able to work in a team.
