Job Description / Role:
Are you an experienced Real Estate Agent based in the UAE looking for an exciting opportunity with a forward-thinking, dynamic company? Join a company located in the Dubai Marina that’s looking to expand its real estate team while continuing to build on the success of its mortgage business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with potential leads.
• Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients.
• Establish and maintain a local network.
• Source and recommend available properties for viewings based on client needs.
• Secure viewings and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage the negotiation process and provide guidance to clients.
• Advise clients throughout the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) process.

Working Hours:

• 4.5-day working week.
• Early finish at 1 PM on Fridays!
