Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating terms of sale or lease agreements, and completing necessary paperwork.
The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for prospecting new customers, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications
• Real Estate License and experience in the real estate industry
• Customer service skills and experience
• Sales skills and experience
• Knowledge of real property and current market conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet targets
• Proficiency in using computers and technology for property management and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate transactions
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
