Job Description:

The ideal candidate for the Quality Engineering Manager position in the Telecom industry should possess the following qualifications and experience:

1. Experience in Mobile Communication Protocols:
   • 12 to 15 years of experience in mobile communication protocols, including GSM/IN call flow, GPRS, CAMEL, SS7, Diameter.
2. Network Elements Interfacing:
   • Working knowledge and experience in interfacing with network elements such as MSC, VLR, HLR, SMSC, SCP, SDP, GGSN, SGSN, GX, GY, SY, etc.
3. SQL and Unix Proficiency:
   • Strong knowledge in SQL and Unix commands for backend operations is a must.
4. Network Components:
   • Hands-on experience in the deployment, integration, configuration, and testing of network components.
5. API Testing:
   • Proficiency in API testing tools like SOAP UI, Postman, JMeter.
6. Functional and Regression Testing:
   • Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and solution integration testing.
7. Feature Testing:
   • Execute feature test plans and conduct feature testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 11 years or more of relevant experience in the Telecom industry.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with mobile communication protocols and network elements.
• Proficiency in SQL and Unix commands for backend operations.
• Experience with API testing tools like SOAP UI, Postman, JMeter.
• Strong expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and solution integration testing.
• Proven experience in deploying, integrating, configuring, and testing network components.
