Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a production management role within the SPM & other machine manufacturing industry.
Job Description:-

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production schedules and overall business objectives.
2. Operational Efficiency:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve production processes and reduce waste.
3. Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality machines.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement measures for defect prevention and root cause analysis.

4. Resource Management:
Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets.
5. Budgetary Oversight:
Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
6. Supply Chain Collaboration:
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure a steady and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
Foster relationships with key suppliers to mitigate risks and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
7. Health and Safety:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all production staff.
Lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety and adherence to industry regulations.
