Position – Partner Development Executive
Location – Pune
Experience : 1 to 2 years
Local to Pune only
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Responsibilities :-
• Finding potential partners that are a good fit for the business’s objectives and target markets.
• Developing and implementing joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners.
• Reviewing partner performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Negotiating contracts with partners.
• Provides feedback on end-to-end plans to ensure they align short and long-term goals, solution strategies, and performance expectations with partner needs and capabilities.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Requirements :-
• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
