We are urgently seeking a skilled Operation Documentation / Customer Care professional to join our team in Bangalore (Indiranagar). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping or logistics, with expertise in handling operation documentation and providing excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Handle and manage operational documentation related to shipping and logistics processes.
• Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Operations Support: Assist in operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on shipment status and resolve any queries.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in documentation and customer care procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all documentation processes.
