Job Description :-

We are looking for a skilled Non IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in non IT domains. Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and select candidates to fill various non IT positions within the organization.
• Candidate management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Sourcing strategies: Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support to hiring teams.
• Documentation and compliance: Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in non IT domains (experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, etc., is a plus)
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms
