·        Experience of 12+ years in Microsoft areas and at least 7+ in MSBA domain across MS Power Platform, D365 & earlier versions of MSDx of which has been specific to
o   Defining and articulating solutions based on the entire Microsoft BA Platform including MS Power Platform, D365 and integration directly into Microsoft Azure, cloud, and hybrid solutions with ‘on premise’ aspects (MSPP, SAP and other ERP/CRMs).
·        Technical and Functional knowledge and development expertise in Power Platform, configuring and customizing the D365 for CRM and ERP implementations.
·        Deep understanding of broader Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure Active Directory, Teams and SharePoint to the level of being able to design & implement solutions that incorporate these components.
·        Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors.
·        Experienced in designing and delivering CRM or ERP solutions including implementation experience with Customer Engagement or Finance and Operations in enterprise scenarios.
·        Deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure Cloud and practical experience Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure API Management.
·        Application Architecture and Security along with ALM on the Platform
·        Hands-on experience on experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps, including the use of Data verse as a data source
·        Migration strategies and planning for Std Apps to Power Platform; or Earlier MS Dynamics products version to D365.
·        Ability to demonstrate the costs associated with use of Power Platform solutions
·        Microsoft Certified PowerApps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
Knowhow of SAFe and usage for agile delivery.
He is responsible for leading the Microsoft Business Applications (MSBA) Offerings and offering teams within the Uvance BA KFA
