The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
managing the payroll of 1000+ candidates with payroll transfer, verifying 
Onboarding formalities for new hires and transfers; new hire documentation/files/PF and gratuity forms.
Maintaining the personal files of employees and various MIS reports.
Conducting employee engagement activities at the location and coordinating for the same
Manage exit formalities.
Maintaining all records from Appointment letter to FNF Settlement into Payroll software
Payroll preparation of salary and wages & compliance, minimum wages
