  1. Transaction Management:
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract acceptance to closing.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely transaction process.
  2. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
    • Monitor transaction timelines to ensure compliance with contract deadlines and local regulations.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the status of their transactions.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Coordinating with Service Providers:
    • Liaise with mortgage brokers, title companies, inspectors, and other service providers to facilitate necessary inspections, appraisals, and other transaction-related activities.
  3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records using our CRM system.
    • Generate reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

    • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process.
