Role and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the company’s computer systems, servers, network infrastructure and software applications.
• Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure, Firewall (Specially in SOPHOS).

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Install and configure software applications and hardware devices.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and asset management.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and preventative measures to safeguard company data against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Create and manage user accounts and security permissions.
• Backup and restore data and systems regularly.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Lead ERP projects to upgrade or enhance the technology environment.
