This is a Global role managing Payroll, Employee Reimbursement, Statutory Compliance, and various audits.
Hands on Expertise in Managing India Payroll for about 8000+ employees with multiple legal entities, Contractors Payroll etc.,
Hands on Expertise in Managing US / Europe Payroll with strict adherence towards local timelines.
This role is accountable to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Liasoning with various stakeholders internal and external to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Ownership, Decision Making, Accountability of all Payroll and Statutory Deliverables
Ability to Transform Payroll towards Simple and Compliant Process
