Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Global Strategy Development:
- Create and execute global account strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Provide regular updates on product enhancements, new offerings, and industry trends.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Contract Negotiation and Renewals:
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions.
- Ensure contract terms and service level agreements meet both client and company expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Global Account Manager or in a similar strategic sales role.
- Strong understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
