Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Executive in the healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The primary responsibilities include:
- Handling Front Desk Activities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Manage and maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide information to visitors and assist them as needed.
- Managing Office Couriers:
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming couriers/packages.
- Ensure timely dispatch of outgoing couriers/packages.
- Maintain a log for incoming and outgoing couriers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Graduation degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
