- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, including content curation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales and improve customer retention.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to measure and analyze ROI and KPIs.
