Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic to the companyโ€™s website.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that the digital content is aligned with marketing strategies and business goals.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Perform keyword research and manage SEM campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, including content curation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales and improve customer retention.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve department and company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to measure and analyze ROI and KPIs.
  • Creative Skills: Creative flair with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
  • Certifications: Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
