Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0.6 – 3 years
Working Days: 6 (Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

  • User Support:
    • Provide efficient user support and resolution for IT-related issues.
  • Desktop Support:
    • Offer comprehensive desktop support services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Software Installation:
    • Install and configure software applications as per user requirements.
  • ERP Portal Knowledge:
    • Possess knowledge of any ERP portal for effective support and troubleshooting.
  • IT Support:
    • Provide general IT support to address a variety of technical concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in desktop support, with 0.6 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of any ERP portal is preferred.
  • Strong IT support skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Days:

  • 6 days a week (Work From Office)
