Hiring for Data Entry Specialist
Location – US (Hayward, CA )
We are seeking to add a Data Entry Specialist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Knowledge of WMS/3PL system is a big plus
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong knowledge of use with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
