As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing data from various sources and consolidating relevant information while filtering out extraneous data.
- Researching and gathering additional information to supplement incomplete documents.
- Thoroughly reviewing completed work for errors, inaccuracies, or duplicated data before final submission.
- Maintaining meticulous records of progress, tasks, and files.
- Conducting online searches to obtain information from various websites.
- Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets, customer relationship management systems, and databases.
- Analyzing and interpreting data sheets and reports to identify trends and insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Data Entry and Typing skills
- Proven track record of performing Data Entry tasks with accuracy
- Prior experience in Data Entry is mandatory
- Consistent and high accuracy in typing
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the company
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
