We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity practices, threat management, and incident response, with a proven ability to lead and develop security strategies to protect organizational assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Strategy Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the company’s information systems and data.
• Threat Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement mitigation plans to address these threats.
• Incident Response: Lead the incident response team in identifying, managing, and mitigating security incidents. Conduct thorough post-incident analysis to improve response strategies.
• Risk Management: Perform regular security risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Security Operations: Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring security alerts, analyzing security data, and managing security tools.
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Coordinate with IT teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Security Awareness: Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and policies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Security Architecture: Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, legal, and executive teams to ensure cybersecurity initiatives align with business objectives.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support for career development.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in security technologies and tools such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and encryption.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving security threats and challenges.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
