Job Opening: Cluster Head

Responsibilities:

1. Execute Business Development plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales & Growth Head and Institutional Partners for the assigned region, following the agreed Annual Plan.
2. Ensure strict adherence to Sales & Operational processes and Compliance standards.
3. Take ownership of Region/State Business, achieving revenue and non-revenue targets.
4. Innovate marketing strategies to enhance sales and reduce costs effectively.
5. Manage and supervise Regional Sales & Growth Head, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
6. Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire the team to surpass expectations.
7. Possess in-depth knowledge of the products offered.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in Business Planning exercises.
9. Stay informed about relevant markets and target audiences.
10. Travel to prospective schools across the region to meet stakeholders and decision-makers for closing sales deals/tie-ups.
11. Take ownership of all Schools & Channel Partner relationships in the assigned region.
12. Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirements in your territory.

Skills Set and Qualifications:

• Graduate qualification required, MBA preferred. Additional professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience with at least 8-10 years in Retail, Telecom, Student recruitment industry/Overseas education recruitment & sales in a competitive environment, leading & managing multiple State Heads.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Team Management experience, preferably with 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
• Innate leadership qualities, adept at maintaining customer relationships, and passionate about sharing the benefits our products offer.
• Willingness to travel is essential. A flexible approach to working hours is required, along with the ability to work autonomously towards challenging targets.
