Role Overview: As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our centres located in Gujarat, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR. This leadership role requires someone with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry, coupled with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centres, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Provide leadership and direction to the centre staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene across all areas of the centres.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty and personal care industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
