Key Skills1. Develop and execute procurement category management strategies in Chemical
Development which includes material of all categories (Key Starting/Raw Material, Solvents,
General Chemicals, Packing Materials, etc.) in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP)
2. Lead the team to deliver excellence in all category management procurement KPIs
3. Manage supplier life cycle (Supplier selection, development, assessment, and supplier
consolidation) to ensure optimisation and better performance of suppliers
4. Participate as a QMS committee and be involved in GMP implementation and govern the
compliance
5. Undertake quarterly performance evaluation of vendors to improve product, cost and
delivery performance
6. 100% accountable for meeting Customer QUOTIFs
7. Good understanding of procurement systems, GMP quality system and compliance
requirement
