Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with senior team members in the analysis of financial data.
- Audit Support:
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
- Tax Compliance:
- Contribute to the preparation of income tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Financial Analysis:
- Assist in financial analysis and forecasting activities.
- Work with the finance team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification obtained within the last 1-2 years.
- Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
