As a CA Fresher, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management, auditing, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
   • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
   • Collaborate with senior team members in the analysis of financial data.
2. Audit Support:
   • Provide support during internal and external audits.
   • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
3. Tax Compliance:
   • Contribute to the preparation of income tax returns and compliance documentation.
   • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
4. Financial Analysis:
   • Assist in financial analysis and forecasting activities.
   • Work with the finance team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
   • Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification obtained within the last 1-2 years.
• Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
