Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Unit Head & P&L Head with at least 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, driving profitability, managing P&L, and ensuring the delivery of recruitment solutions that align with the company’s objectives. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to lead teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management:
- Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for revenue enhancement, cost control, and profitability improvement.
- Business Unit Leadership:
- Lead and manage the recruitment operations for the business unit, including client acquisition, account management, and recruitment delivery.
- Build and manage high-performing teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive the strategic vision and goals for the unit, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic matters.
- Understand clients’ recruitment needs and ensure the delivery of customized, high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly.
- Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute business strategies for expanding the unit’s client base and increasing market share.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging recruitment needs.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and exceed targets.
- Team Development:
- Hire, train, and mentor recruitment consultants and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and coaching to ensure that all team members are motivated and equipped to meet client demands.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report progress to senior leadership on financial and operational metrics.
- Ensure proper execution of recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
